We've found an inconsistency between the translation settings available in Rivo and the actual frontend behavior.
Rivo allows us to add translations for reward titles in the admin, and the translation UI suggests that reward titles can be localized per language. However, these translations are not applied on the frontend.
For example:
  • Default reward title: "¥500 OFF Coupon"
  • Japanese translation: "500円OFFクーポン"
Even when the Japanese translation is saved successfully, customers still see the default reward title instead of the translated version.
Support has confirmed that referral reward titles currently display the default reward title and do not use per-reward translations in the referral widget or referral section of the loyalty page.
This creates confusion because the translation settings exist in the admin, implying that reward titles support localization.
This is especially important for multilingual stores using Shopify Markets and multiple storefront languages.
