If an order is cancelled/voided/refunded the points needed to unlock a VIP tier should be adjusted similar to how a customer's points balance is: https://help.rivo.io/en/articles/6670948-automatically-adjust-points-on-refunded-or-cancelled-orders

I'm happy to share that our feature 'Points Cancelations' (Settings > Orders) can now downgrade customers if their points balance, after the order is cancelled/voided/refunded, is insufficient to stay on their current tier.
