First of all guys. I have been chatting with your customer support team for these must haves and in terms of design and user experience you haven't added nothing. 0 changes. Cmon' in the ERA of AI you can just add few settings that will help so much users in no time.
Reviews
I find it extremely annyoing to delete/unpublish reviews. I have to click and choose a product, then I can only choose up to 10 reviews max to delete or unpublish and I have to repeat the same process again. It's annoying and it refreshes the page every time.
There should also be a setting "To choose how many reviews per product to display, so it doesn't slow down the site usage." - For example:
  • Product has 700+ Reviews, but 700 are too much and no one would ever scroll past this number. So an option with a slider or whatever -> Display 100 Reviews.
  • Featured Reviews Option - Manually or Automatically choose the Perfect Reviews to Showcase
  • Sort and Display Reviews by Rating - > First 5 star, then 4 star, and so on...
  • Inside the App -> Reviews -> Choose a Product - then it should stay and only show the product reviews with ability to choose 10/50/100 reviews to show per page. (Easier Editing)
Manually add a Verified Badge - for users/businesses that migrate to your app
Speed Optimization
  • Setting to Load the Script only on Product Pages.
  • Ability to Choose If We Want to Have your Tracking App Script
    Which is unnecessary for some imo
    - ! This should be a must have, since it applies with Customer Privacy and Business Privacy also!
  • Lazy Loading the Reviews Script after DOM load/ Page Load / or When Scrolled Into View
