Why it doesn't say that customer isn't subscribed on your mailing list? it says subscribed on Rivo app but its not subscribed when i check on Shopify . Please check.

Yep - I am having this issues as well - 200 pop up sign ups and just realised none of them have received my welcome automation - absolute nightmare. Fixed required ASAP! Anyone know how long this has been an issue?

Same problem with me too. It tells me it is registered, but on shopify it does not show that it is registered.

Same issue here, it worked before but for the last while it creates all customers as "not subscribed", although I have their email address. I didn't change anything on the app...

I agree with this ! It makes sending the " welcome new customer "email workflow " nearly impossble as I have to manually enter the customer as subscribed. This a lot effects receiving data on this new subscriber list

yes, I am also having this issue. Just noticed. There doesnt seem to be an option to automatically set the customer as "subscribed" can this be added as an option or enabled by default please
